They can't pull their collar up. You can.
You know the feeling - when the wind finds the gap between your collar and your hat and the cold just settles there. When you pull your scarf a little higher, tuck your chin down, wish you'd brought something warmer for your ears. Dogs feel that too, even if they can't do anything about it.
The Mt. Hoodie is the answer to that feeling. It wraps the neck and throat in 260g recycled fleece - soft, warm, something to sink into - and when the cold really bites, the cinch pulls it up into a hood over the ears. Flip it and the windproof polyester shell faces out, blocking the sharp edge that fleece alone can't stop.
It's one of those things you tuck into a coat pocket on the way out the door - and find yourself glad you did.
To find the right size, measure around the widest part of your dog's neck. If you're between sizes, size up.

Getting it right matters as much to us as it does to you. Finding the right thing sometimes needs a bit of exploring - piecing together the right parts of the puzzle. If the final piece is still missing lets figure it out together - drop us a message.

Measure the widest part of your dog's neck - where their walking collar normally sits. The three sizes cover 11"–27", and if your dog falls on the boundary between two, size up. The adjustable cinch at the top lets you close down any extra room and lock in the fit, so a little extra space won't matter. If you're unsure, drop us a message.
For a quick toilet trip, finding a collar ring through the fleece is easy enough. For a proper walk, a harness is the better setup - put the harness on first, slip the gaiter over the neck, and your lead connection point on the back stays completely clear for the whole walk.
It stays put. Pull the gaiter up over the ears and adjust the cord-lock cinch to anchor it behind the brow line - it's designed to shift with the dog as they sniff and move, without slipping down or riding up over their eyes.
The fleece side in is the right call for most cold days - soft against the skin, quiet around the ears, and warm. Flip it when the wind is the main issue: the tightly woven polyester outer blocks the wind where fleece can't. But your dog is the real expert here - if they show you what they prefer, go with it.
